As a scientist that makes my heart joyful. To move science forward and to progress in our understanding of things, we spend our careers questioning evidence and theories (including our own) and, if necessary, disproving them through new evidence! All made possible by ever- improving scientific technology and having more scientific data at our fingertips. Without revisiting old ideas, data, concepts and theories we would not be pushing the boundaries in science and would not progress in our understanding or make advancements in our current knowledge to bring it to new frontiers.
