@vg4413. Rachel was the World Age Group Triathlon Champion when 41 years old. When she was 18 she broke the Northern Ireland 100m (or was it 200m) backstroke swimming record that had stood for 16 years (have you noticed her swimmer’s shoulders?)

Bummer for Finn. Keep pushing for sure. My dad went to the Olympics for rowing before I was born. He is 96 now and still enjoys watching rowing.
