nice honest conversation ! yes sailing is tough, but to reach magic places is definately worth it. I crossed the Atlantic in 1977 in 23 days and reaching the Caribbean / Barbados was just mindblowing !

That was a brilliant idea Carla and Grant, to create this video. Not many sailing channels do a good retrospective about any ocean crossing and this is valuable information for someone who aspire to follow your wake. The only major piece of water I crossed so far was the bay of Biscay so, nothing compared with what you guys did but, your analysis and thoughts are really important and valuable for many of us. Many thanks for sharing this with us. Enjoy your staying in FP and safe travels.
