People like that tend to use bad energy , money practices , fear or being above the law to move people for higher peoples favor which hide this using manipulation of false particles , illegal bribes but also tend to like or enjoy the power of it. They fulfill the needs of themselves and or others which in society is usually not taking care of this better or keeping things unstable rather than stable or to hide information by moving people around. Also dangerous human traffickers can use intelligence for evil so remember to save others you always got to work together but work harder. It’s way too common in a world filled with technology.
