Yes, don't do the structural stuff like the beams, thats not important, do stuff that fun to do because the fun stuff will is better in a storm.
Epoxy milkiness is water absorption, happens when curing in high humidity. Only fix is to grind it out and re-do it. Leaving it in is like having voids. It's water so in freezing conditions the epoxy may start cracking which is never a good thing.
@14:00 + that water/rot, you have to go further down the hull to make sure the rot don't extend below the waterline. Just because you think it stops at the stringer don't mean it does.

For easy fill in vids, to get you a month or so ahead or allow for holidays, interviews would be good or livestreams. Interviews with anyone, i.e. the previous owner, updates of the current state of the boat live, slow vids of work or sailing with no editing. A what happened to Mariposa (the Wharram you wanted in Costa Rica) follow up, etc etc.
