Sounds like it's time to install a water maker, surprised you didn't before crossing the Atlantic… if you cross the Pacific I'd think it would be a must have item… 3 weeks at sea is a long time to ration water… Jackson must have been pretty excited to see land after a 5 day passage, but now you'll be island hopping and he'll likely have beech time nearly every day… I think the longest hop from island to island might be an overnight sail, but mostly just day sails…
