what you said about the memory of the military using the modern ruins as target practice, and how they look compared to other, far more ancient ruins around the world, kinda makes you start to understand why so many ruins are destroyed and strewn about. I bet the ancients had the same view as the modern military had for that concrete factory, and used them as free building materials, dumps, and later as siege engine training targets. no telling what was stripped out of the ancient sites before being used as trash piles. lol

One of the things I appreciate most about watching this channel is the confidence you have that wherever you are, it’s going to be ok. No complaining about folks anchored too close or worrying about if you’re going to get robbed… you just go for it and the channel is better for it.
