That is a beautiful area to explore.

I wonder if mounting a small video camera on the mast head or spreaders looking down and forward would show you the coral heads and make it safer? I installed the small waterproof cameras on my RV looking backwards and they are much better than the mirrors. Small, light, and inexpensive "eyes in the sky" might be like a crew member on lookout. Your drone video made me think of it. Of course it would only work when the sun is high and the water is clear, just like our eyes.

Time to go to New Zealand maybe?
