I can sympathize with you bottom work is in my opinion the worst job on boats. In my day (yep I said it) we considered ourselves lucky when we got to use the big heavy air grinders with massive torque on the red lead paint. My dad could be on the thrifty side so he bought big zinc plates so I could cut them down into multiple pieces with a hacksaw. He wanted to know why it was taking so long so he gave it a go… he decided maybe it was time to buy the right ones .

Can you imagine living in a ground home forever? I'm 60 and my beautiful bestie Mother LaVerne is 82 We're going to travel by land. Trying to sell the home in Galveston. We got to get away from these hurricanes. Been there done that. Not doing it again.
