At first, I thought the Cadiz course too small. Saturday's foiling races, in that teacup, were spectacular. The closeness of the crossings were edge of the seat video.

SailGP would be well advised to repeat that configuration.

US was on port, by dipping they made New Zealand tack for the mark sooner, making a narrow-wide rounding for them. If they tried to cross, New Zealand would have just brought them up and driven them off course to get a penalty. So it didn't look great at the moment, but it was the best option for the US. I know it's tough to see in the heat of the moment, but explaining tactics like this after taking consideration is helpful.
