It is true that here are some very nice and well built older boats around. However, nowadays holding tanks are required and it may be difficult to retrofit one of these into, say, a 28 ft Triton or similar vessel.

its no wonder these boats are so cheap. i called a few live on board marinas today-,not many, let you live on the boat and dockage was $1100 plus electric. thats $13,200 pER YEAR. $65,000 FOR 5 YEARS

You are selling dreams and ignoring moneypits. Leaks, deck cores, rotten plywood that was not marine ply. Rigging well past replacement date. Sails shot. Those prices can triple with typical problemz. Every boat is reported to be in excellent condition. Fantasyland.

The Chesapeake32 is gorgeous and the fact that this boat is also my birth year is even better, thick fiberglass layup and a perfect size for a single or close couple. this is the rare boat that you would want to keep bristol and spend money and time on. i bet she would get a higher price up north and in Puget Sound. simply beautiful.
