Cats being spoilt more than Bob. So we only need AIS for cops now, not cargo? We need International blanket mariners regulations. Get on it Bob, good luck! Even Australian states/territories have different boating (& road) regs.
I wouldn't trust a Kiwi boat in my waters either.
Confused, Is Finn referring to effects from Covid, or confidence (same I guess)?

in waters that dense with shipping the the issue with AIS is that it's time division broadcasting which means that if you aren't a Class A broadcaster you may be crowded out by all the class a ships.
