I don't think you need to stay at angle if it irks you so much. Lessen the sail and lower the speed by a few knots and it'll flatten out.

How much does it take to run a boat like this? These highly skilled crew members must cost a million a year. The hardware upkeep must be a few million. So it might take five million a year to keep this boat like it is!

So what do you do with such a boat? Anywhere you go you have a crew so it's not like you have "time off to yourself". What's type of person buys a boat like this? What do they do with their time and life?

This is so far beyond my understanding.
