Plus if you pay for it are they insured. I live in Scotland if I anchor or tie to a mooring I dive it. Bloody cold.

Your a full time liveaboard cruiser . These owners are not , they come down for cruising season and then go home to Canada or USA . The marinas are full so they have very little options but to leave their boats . Some anchored , some mooring balls
