During Covid, I googled how to keep vegetables and fruits longer. Carrots store in water in a container, cucumbers roll in kitchen towel, etc. however this may take up precious space. Just a thought to Google as I wondered how to shop for 4 weeks and keep everything fresh or frozen! Yikes!
