This looks to be the perfect "tool" to explore the PNW cruising grounds it resides in. The wind and weather here doesn't often cooperate for using outdoor helm positions. Having a comfortable indoor helm position extends one's season and increases comfort. Additionally, the PNW weather also doesn't allow for a lot of sailing. Having a bit of a motor sailor is a pretty good feature. For 37', there is a lot of boat there!!

Fist SHE'S A STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY LADY! I wasn't going to leave a comment until I saw the asking price!? I was truly expecting to see the asking price double of what is being asked for her.
