6. I think one huge failing in the Australian education system is that we don’t teach much language and culture of our neighbours even if we don’t use it for tourism purposes.

8. Thanks for another great show. It’s so natural off the cuff. Ambon is an interesting place with the war revetments there from the Spaniards in the 1500’s to Australian during WW2. Darwin – Ambon race 1998 we cleaned up the Australian War Memorial above the city of Maluku. The nutmeg brought back many good memories.

11. What I like about this channel is you don't focus on the dramas !
    Of all the sailing channels around there are very few with that mindset, for many of them it's all about the drama and they don't know what to do if there is none, that gets very tiring very quickly and they must get through a lot of subscribers !
    Of course things don't always go to plan but it's how you deal with those issues that matters and how you let things affect you, I like how you give very brief descriptions of 'happenings' and then move on with a focus on the best things not the worst !

    I've been following you since you started, and I just want to give you, yet again, my heart felt thanks for allowing me, and everyone else, into your lives and travels over the years!😊
    My 2 Golden Retrievers and cats (the 'Original Nutty Sofa Crew') have unfortunately passed away😢, but I now have a rescue dog, Tommi (4, from Poland), and a rescue cat, Amber (7), who've now become the new 'Nutty Sofa Crew'!
    It's really quite amazing that they actually watch the screen (aka TV) whilst I'm 'there with you', watching your wonderful vlogs!
    Thank goodness that sofas can't 'time transport', otherwise you'd be listing to one side if we could 😊😅
