Raw salt water from pump should go to gearbox cooler 1st then to engine heat exchanger then to exhaust, that means you only have 1 outlet to exhaust
Gearbox cooler will not get water how you have it at the moment, heat exchanger outlet water will just run straight out to exhaust

Anywhere your hoses are crossing each other and make contact is a potential point for chafing which will eventually wear through the hose due to vibration. Either secure them to prevent contact with each other, or wrap/pad/secure/reinforce the hoses at these points of contact. Don’t just zip tie them together.
