Dishwashers are very inefficient on energy. They have heating elements (newer ones have condensors) to dry the dishes. Also, they rely on the heating element to heat the water.

I gotta say I've never pre-washed my dishes in my life. The dishwasher does everything 😀 Secondly I'm impressed with you getting additional manpower on the job with you. You mentioned getting a second crew started on the mast/rig – hows that going?

Reading the instructions to my dishwasher I was surprised to see that it recommended just scrapping the worst of the food off and running the load that way. It seems there are sensors in the washer that expect to find food particles and adjust washing accordingly. If you put in basically clean dishes the washer won't do as good a job. Moral of the story, read the instruction manuals. I learned something new.

Looking good but that roof was moving awful alot just 1 person on there is made to be walked on or no cause more than 1 person up there it will be a bad outcome.
