If anything the front centre window of the doghouse might have been the candidate for the opening window if there is enough clearance so it doesn't foul anything on deck. You could then build the front windows from a sheet of 10mm poly carbonate thermoformed to conform to the shape and then have two more single sheets of poly bonded to the sides to create a 'go faster, mother of all doghouses' type effect then inset a hatch where you need it without disrupting the aesthetics…

please remember i'm making it up as i go along so feel free to laugh at my suggestions…
