What a great start for your adventure. After more than 50 years of sailing on the pacific coast I wish was with! A bit of advise. Remember the old adage of Ship Shape" ? One meaning is everything has a place and that is where it should be when not being used. Looks like you have some items on deck that could be lost overboard in event of some big waves. I think you need to go knocking on boat yard doors asking about abandoned vessels. You can make great content out of that. Just Google maps and call the marinas and see if they have stuff that they’re not putting up on the Internet that’s just sitting there shrinkwrap winterized up in the north east were boats only get used half a year. I’m sure around the great lakes those freshwater boats you can find a lot of that. That boats not worth $130,000. That boats worth $130,000 in pristine condition that’s the top. Unfortunately we know some dumb guy will come buy it for stupid money and keep the market inflated. Did you do NADA on the boat? That’s basically what the surveyor would use.
