I know you said the prop isnt spinning as fast as it looks on camera, but that shaft inside looked like it was spinning fast for in gear only?

Also it looks good, but did you measure angles/offsets between the coupler faces? They need to be within a tolerance (as parallel as possible) so the prop doesnt hunt each turn, that will destroy things quickly otherwise. I would have expected engine alignment to shaft mating face after shaft was installed, pitch and yaw.
