În 2021, Wayne și Christine au primit un iaht personalizat de 78 de picioare, construit conform propriilor cerințe și au pornit să facă un tur al lumii. Construit în întregime din aluminiu, acest vas cu un singur șurub consumă mai puțin de doi litri de combustibil pe milă marine la puțin peste 8 noduri și are o autonomie uluitoare de peste 7000 de mile marine. Povestea lor este bine catalogată și nu vă pot îndemna suficient să explorați detaliile de pe blogul lor… dar eram curioasă UNDE au construit un vas atât de unic și eficient. 85 XPM și NavCat 78 sunt ambele de vânzare cu colegul meu Ed Cavendish ed.cavendish@northropandjohnson.com

Somebody a.ready said it, but that yacht in the beginning looked like a Dashew. The other one with the orange paint reminded me of Sarp yachts. Interesting company. The number of yacht builders in Antalya is quite impressive. I have my favorites like Bering, Damen, Mengi Yay (look up M/Y Nira and Azra), and Serina plus Numarine. Dunya and Alia could make the list as could Turquoise. Lots of great builders. It would be interesting to do an aerial view with all the manufacturers highlighted.

There were some fabulous boats there… brilliant work and the thickness of the plate is impressive. Range, the boats are impressive.
There are two scrap Type 23 Frigates up the top end of my harbour, surely just an injection of a few bob and they would make a great explorer yacht.
Get together with a few friends, say 250, and you have enough people to crew it and to have a whip round for fuel. They’re only going to go to Turkey for razor blades…..
