Sad to see the reef in such dire conditions. Reflected in the small amount of fish life. What kind of temperatures are you seeing in the water down there now? Miss, I second nickviner's comment about your technique of kicking. I was a competitive swimmer in high school. By bending your leg, al la bicycle style peddling you are losing over 30 percent of your thrust through the water. If you keep your knees more locked you will also have a longer duration in the dive because you will have not wasted so much energy trying to get down. Not being critical…just trying to help you experience a better dive. I dove for over 30 years. Love your guys boat. I have a 30 foot trimaran that I keep on a trailer when not in use.

If you keep your legs stiff when you use finns and finn from your hips you will find it less tireing and move faster.
