to get a load of nuts on a bar, just start them one end and connect the rod into a drill chuck and use the drill slowly. So much easier than a Threader and you can round over the cut ends with the grinder as well.

Those bifacial panels work best when propped up to where the sun can get to the back side (from sun's reflections from, say, the top of your boat or the water). Nice gear! 😀

If you want to make the engine mount brackets more rigid, do not connect long cross beams, but short diagonal parts within one pair of brackets. These could even be flat steel, because as a cross pair, they are only loaded with pull forces.
