  1. Looks like the crew be eating good that day I been over the mighty Mac on motorcycles scary on windy days on my way to copper harbor Michigan it's a very beautiful bridge and master peace us humans have ever created

  2. Being from Sault MI, I have crossed that bridge more times then I can count. Your filming it from the water and on a freighter has been great. Love reading your columns and enjoy the pictures. Hope by now you've gotten a new freighter to finish out the season.

  3. Great video, that bridge is really special for us Michiganders, it means your really headed to northern Michigan. You need to make a trip one day with your friend up to the Upper peninsula of Michigan. Your meals looked top notch for sure. Thanks for sharing the great content.

  4. Enjoyed your video! I would respectfully like to make a correction to the pronunciation of the name of the bridge. Being a long time Michigander I realize everyone is not familiar with Michigan history. Mackinac Island was settled by the French and has the French spelling. Mackinaw City was settled by the English and has the English spelling. Both names are pronounced the same. The final c is silent in the pronunciation. I have been over and under the bridge several times and it is always a thrill. I even remember before the bridge opened, there were car ferries to cross the straights which were an adventure crossing from Michigan's lower to upper peninsula.
