7. The ship is responsible for damages caused by its propwash. The accident was the fault of the ships propwash pushing across the channel. I doubt the yacht crew could even see it. The ship created a navigation hazzard.

I can't understand why a captain would get so close to a huge cruise ship, surely you'd wait, I guess the footage is from the cruise ship and you can see the water churning, would harbour control have given the OK for that manoeuvre? 13. Very possible Fkrberg is buying a boat. He may use it as a moving bug out home. Also building documents show he is building a 5000 sq' under ground shelter with a bomb proof door with its own power supply and food supply on his 1500 acres in Hawaii. Includes 2 central mansions joined by an under ground tunnel connected to the underground bunker. For water he will use a 55 foot diameter 18 foot high water tank. Permits estimate $100 million for the compound plus the $170 million for the land. What does he know that we don"t? Gold, gas,and guns baby.

21. I don't know about you, but if I was spending $250M on a yacht I'd want one that didn't require a barge, a big ass crane, and slings to hold the stern up.

34. Pilots cannot see out of wheelhouse. Need to nav. from wing station in most conditions on this boat. I saw at least one other comment here saying that too.
