I want all of the luxuries of the Lagoon 55(Lady M) on the Knysna….the Knysna Private Island salon and outside cockpit area are the best I've ever seen….the door opens all the way up so the whole salon is basically open to the cockpit and the cockpit area with that curved table is awesome…I would definitely want the full flybridge with the front layout area and covered full flybridge lounge area like the Lagoon and Private Island with a full indoor helm station like Private Island and definitely want the up front lounge area like the Lagoon 55….I wish I could have the cabin area like the Lagoon but I don't think the Knysna hulls are wide enough…..the wood, cabinetry and finishes of the Knysna blow the Lagoon away…..but 55HP engines on the Knysna?…..what were they thinking……and I would want shaft drive not sail drives…..the quality of the Knysna is way above Lagoon IMO and the thought of speed, comfort and luxury really check the boxes for a owners live aboard world cruiser….all I need is more zero's….

If I were to give up monos for a multi I think it would be for this Knysna. Thanks Dave!

PS. I know you add length to monohulls to create comparable living space but keep in mind that any mono over 60 you would probably need crew to handle; too much for a couple.

Interesting comparables on this episode, as one might find the Knysna to be more comparable to the Seawind 1600, Catana53, Balance526, Outremer55, etc….
