Putting on a 'front' is one of the most energy sucking and depressing things we humans do. The end result is often burnout accompanied by misadventure into substance abuse and other risk-taking behavior to get a rush. Sharing, as you did in this video often 'lifts the burden of carrying all of this on your shoulders'. The mission/task at this point is to sustain wellness by bringing back some normalcy into your life. You need your family and they need to be brought back into your life.
