Promise me one thing…..you will visit George Sound in Fiordland and anchor right beside the waterfall at the mountain end of the Sound. Just before you get there put a line over and catch some blue cod it is the nicest fish you will eat. Fillet it onto two fillets, sprinkle them with salt and pepper, squeeze some lemon on them and if you have it just a tiny drizzle of whisky. Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 180 for about 5 minutes. Serve with baby potatoes, butter and yes…..CHEESE! Enjoy. Mark from Wellington……currently in Turkey checking on our boat build!

What an amazing place that is, had an uncle there. Lots of Dutch folks left Holland after WWII and early 50´s for NZ.
