Amazing how many people incorrectly assume America uses imperial units of measure. The UK does, so the gallon there is 160 ounces, but the US uses Customary units and their gallon is 128 ounces. Well done to Stu on recognizing that difference on the fresh water pump.

It was worth a try lime washing the walls but I think that it’s the right choice to go straight white. Very difficult to achieve lime wash over existing varnish. It will feel a lot less claustrophobic in the vee birth with light and airy white walls. Then Marina can dress the room to add colour and style. Go well guys. Your living space is beginning to look like a nice place to be.
