There are indents moulded into the tank that you could use to secure it so it won't move.

Bit concerned on those bracings. Have you done any home work on how the tanks quite high up will effect the bouyancey and centre of gravity. Do those tanks have baffles.

The best method for securing those tanks would be with stainless steel bands. You could get some 2" wide strips of stainless steel and form them around a wooden circle near the diameter of the tanks.

Note! The return diesel will have to return to a tank that is not full, that is it needs to go to the tank that is feeding engine. I dont know if you are only using one tank to the engine or are selecting any tank? Anyway work this out or you could over fill a turned off tank. Cheers.
