Marc at my marina there is a Ketch cat that's been scrapped..it has two good masts and a full set of sails 200 quid. The main mast is 34 feet

Hi, I don't usually try to give advice here but the Oilite bushes are good but if in bare wood the wood will draw the impregnated oil out of the bushes along the wood grain and create dark stains. If you want to avoid this you could pull them out of the wooden block and seal the wood grain inside the bored hole with epoxy thinned in acetone.

They're good bushes though and your setup there should last well with them.

Like others have said, great parents Mark, and like they say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Good to see you ‘splashing’ out a little on yourself. Good to do sometimes to boost self encouragement. I imagine with a wheel like that you’ll be regularly hitting 50kts
