I have worked with Circa – they are very experienced alloy boat constructors now, have excellent tradesmen and an extensive network of subcontractors who are familiar with the sort of high standards you are wanting to achieve. I expect you are in communication with Tony Orman as you are pursuing a similar project in NZ?

Can you (eventually) further discuss the weight-to-performance ratio of aluminum compared to e-glass/s-glass? Is there a point in hull length where Al-construction is not as cost-effective, like below 45'/14m, or is this changing with more experience in cat design and construction? P.S. you need to strap cameras on the kids for more content.

On your current boat, you said that you love the simple mechanical water maker that runs off of the engine. Are you going with that same design on your new boat or are you changing to a high pressure system that's more complex?
