If you love this song, you have to see the live version. I don't know the link to the one I'm referring to, but The Charismatic Voice reacted to it about a month or 2 ago, so you can get it from her site. I love her reactions too. She IS very charismatic, just like you. (very pretty too, like you also) Btw, "Castle Walls" is my favorite song by Styx. "Queen of Spades" is great too. Dennis DeYoung is in my top 10 rock vocalists. Paul Roders of Bad Company is in there too. For a great example of HIS vocal prowess, do "Master of Ceremonies". He sings kind of strangely in that one. You'll see what I mean if you react to it.

I always pick up on the way he says 'gold' near 8:03. It seems he adds something to just the 'L' sound. I get the impression singers today don't go though nearly the training they did back then. They just show up and let the computer fix it. Back then it seemed they trained and trained, practiced and practiced until it was perfect, even a cappella.
