What these "yacht girls" and others similar to them are doing, is prostitution. Such a choice will inevitably carry consequences, I'm not sure how this is news. If you don't want to be asked or cocerced to do things on a yacht with a stranger, don't go on a yacht with a stranger. Extremely easy way to not be in this situation. We need to bring back shaming disgusting behavior.
