We do not know the salvage condition of the main propulsion systems or the ancillary mechanical equipment. The Navy does good maintenance on its ships while commissioned, but they are exhausted when decommissioned. The lack of insurance is a good indication that the ship did not pass marine insurance inspection prior to grounding. Best to cut it up, salvage pieces and parts as needed and say goodbye.

So what's wrong with ''AIR BAGGING'' it inside and out so as to refloat the Boat and recover it out to Sea? The Boat CAN BE RECOVERED!
