Hi there, you can use 2 part spray foam on the walls, mix and spray it'll expand and then you cut back the high bits, that'll remove the air pocket and future mold issues, for the mold the hardware sells mold abatement for basements 'ZEP mold control MoldEx so forth, TSP water mix works ok with a lot of elbow grease lol. Good luck, it's challenging enjoy the moments

I can't tell you how many decades I've wanted to do what you are doing…with paint just concentrate on even, and patiently: keep in mind that nothing is perfect because we all get fed-up, even with the straight forward jobs. The important thing is when the job is done, it's done, the tiny mistakes only you will know and eventually you forget about them! In relation to insulation, you need to be practical, the cold is going to get through anyhow…first timber needs to breathe…second I've always thought that ceiling tiles were a good finish for bulkheads…just my opinion! Good luck it looks to me like you've made a good start! Note: when you sand, imagine a line down the centre…sand that, that way you will not have rounded edges…it'll sand flat!!!

24. I think you accomplished a lot prep work is so tedious but it is the most time consuming things that give you the best results.
    Now tell that lucky husband of yours that you need nothing fancy but a week in a tropical spa with the girls would be ok.
