It seems that the most direct cost-effective orders by courts would be to sign over ownership of yachts and such assets to the aggrieved plaintiffs. Who wants to pay full price for a forced liquidation by court order? In this instance, a Saudi princess might be a classier seller, and her representatives in charge arguably might do a better job, better organized with more time to find buyers. And in the meantime, the princess might have use of the named assets, personal or for customary yacht-for-hire agreements. Judges might consider seeking outside consultation concerning matters they have no authority nor expertise over, instead of trite knee-jerk personal solutions. I.e. the judge would not, I presume, qualify himself as an asset manager, and would have to seek new licensing to exercise that commercial authority, then develop his own expertise at the mercy of the courts of free markets.

And he's supposed to be a lawyer!!. I worked in Superyachting for many years. Most of them, as an American skipper said to me once, are one step ahead of the jailor. What an utter disgrace to the legal profession, makes prostitution honourable.

These "Billionaires" are nothing but a bunch of thugs. Give me your money or your life.. that's their motto… sickening…the Elephant in the room: They just have these yachts for the women they cajole to come onboard with the promise of riches…Men don't need these boats absent the women they want to get onboard for fun and games.

Being cynical it would appear, as we suspect, that no-one in the Yacht Building/Brokerage Industry has ever been remotely interested in doing any due diligence as to where the money comes from to pay for these Superyachts.

I guess the princess didn’t understand what POA(Power Of Attorney) meant? Definitely a grease ball lawyer, but legally not much she can do. The judge can bend his arm but can’t break it. So she lets this POS lawyer put $25million in a trust over 10 years all asset classes have sky rocketed ie., stocks and Real Estate and he goes and buys depreciating yachts that he cannot afford. A class act.

What are kids taking part in the "Prince's Trust" doing swanning around on a yacht like that. Those yachts are designed to be work-free for the owners. And how many youths from North of Watford gap going to have a chance to take part in any actual trips on her?? Or will they all be London based??
