There's certainly funny-money going on, as the transfer of assets within a Group can happen with the creation of an intercompany loan for the value, but only if both are entirely owned by the same holding company: otherwise differences in valuation must go to profits and be taxable.

That's ridiculous, a yacht is not a legal entity. Only Companies and Individuals qualify. I might as well sue a brick wall which jumped out in front of my car!
