I used to clean and polish Computer room floors and the discs were large we used three types of pads which were held on by velcro type system the pads were colour coded black, green and red respectively hard, medium and soft. the red was just for buffing, the green was for scouring marks out and the black was for heavy marks. If your method isn't effective you might look into adapting those pads.

I always think your videos are too short and I don't build or sail. As a Dane, I've always liked Sweden and the videos you make are incredibly entertaining, I've worked with photography for 50 years myself and have been a craftsman since I turned 17 and came Apprentice at Volvo as a sheet metal worker, later I trained as a cabinetmaker and ended up with my own company, so it is a great pleasure to see your problem solutions. stay safe and keep up the good work, RESPECT
