I wonder how easy could a croc get into the tinny, those things, in fact any things that can and want to eat you just scares the bejeesus out of me. Do crocs think of US as a delicacy?

Chiton mollusk or Pacro. Used in some cultures to make an aphrodisiac. Place in saucepan. Cover in water. Boil 15 to 20 mins on med/high heat. Very fresh. Strain and save chitons and water. Season the water with pepper, salt, sauteed (finely chopped corriander/parsley, purple onions, thyme), hot pepper (pimento, habbernero, chile, scotch bonnet) of choice. Add a touch of vinegar and store in a glass jar (chiton, seasoned water).

With the half ripe mangoes or ripe pineapple, chop to finger size. Use the same seasonings above to make a pickled side dish.
