Look like Lumitec Sea Breeze lights. The spectrum lights are at least 500 each. So what more important parts could you have spent in excess of $6,000 on ?

The uw-lights should to only at the stern! …on the transom, illuminating the water around the platform. I would never switch them on for night dives, they are bright and blind divers. (single beacon is ok). the lights should be on at night attracting lots of fish and sharks and/or dolphin eating them. Can be a great show!… but it should be concentrated at the stern area and you don't want guest cowling around the boat at night.
