It's incumbent upon authorities to not fail transporting or dealing with prisoners it should be very infrequent failng………Another powerful catch to the deal…. Forgetting about animated vindictive benefits of catching and punishing… If they hijacked a boat or a car don't harm the individuals on or in these…. They actually get a lessoning of the sentence they were looking at… If and when they are caught…. It gets to be a very disciplined and for reasons of motive mitigation tactic rules of a game….. Kind of a safety buffer that allows them to actually have a successful chance of escaping if they adhere to this discipline of humanitarian concern

Glib Americans seeking " quality Life "…. Propped up on an animated concept of what they need out of life…. Perhaps it's also swimming in a tank of sharks… While enjoying a sunny day somewhere on this planet this potentially treacherous planet….
