My non bio Nan, knitted for children’s hospital for the prem babies ! Also when she came into my lif. she treated me & my sibling, no different to her bio g/kids ! Priceless. P.S she lived alone widowed 38 years, till she was 96yo.

For decade the television has been grooming and Programing us in the “pron culture”. The program is perpetuated on television but also phones, computers all devises. Women and Men with a strong Value system, have to constantly practice a higher standard of behavior that is honor worthy. We have to stop watching them and spending any personal energy on the porn, stop buying fashion inspired by hookers and strippers. Rebuke this crap by our good behavior. I remember a show with Jessie, about clearing occult practices from your cupboard, well the same has to happen with clearing our cupboard of anything from this media porn culture. It’s a lot that has to go, but what would be left hopefully, is all that is Honorable and Good and beyond reproach. It will be extreme action to counter the global efforts to degrade women and men, but it is necessary to reclaim our basic human respect, I feel K

I have been expressing gratitude to various parts of my body a lot over the last year or so.
By doing this I have completely healed tennis elbow, back pain, a strange lump I found (disappeared within days) and I've lost about 15kg. I am now completely pain-free!
I am grateful for my body's ability to take nutrients from the food I eat and use it for fuel and healing, and also to filter out any toxins and transmute them.
