Luas 3 times the estimated cost.

Impoverished taxpayers of Ireland in the 1980s forking out to pay for plush Howth yacht club and a safe space for the "nation's" rich to park their imported "hotels on the water" luxury sail boats.

The greatest rocker of all time Phil Lynott/ Thin Lizzy loved to stroll along the beach in Howth he also loved to fish.
