Hi nicky i sympathise with your pain, i had a bad shoulder injury a few months ago plus i already had a few other nagging pains in my hands and knees elbows etc from work and age, i did some research and found something called bpc 157 ive been using it for a couple of months now and im nearly all fixed its soo awesome its a peptide some people inject it but i wouldn't, you can put it in a puffer and inhale it up the nose before bed every night like i do i get mine from a uk company called trident i hope you look into it and dont brush it off as woo woo haha
