This is why I feel like the concept of a "rescue tender" is a bit silly when it takes so long to launch it. Why don't you have something on a ramp with a quick release so someone can jump in and head straight for them?

Like this drill seems well handled, but surely it could be improved if you didn't have to turn the whole boat?

I'm not familiar enough with these boats to know how long it takes Loon to do a full turn and how long it takes to bring in the chase boat and put crew on board of her. But the chase boat certainly seems like a better choice to try to locate and bring on board a MOB.

I have 0 experience on boats and cant swim. Even though 90% of profesional comments said great job. I have a feeling it took a long time and if a child customer fell over they would have drowned before you got to her. Let me scan youtube for more examples again I have 0 experience so maybe this example is actually the best that can be done.
