Love your family. Mom, make sure you are getting enough protein, iron and B12. Healthy bones take lots of protein. Vegetarians who aren't careful can end up with osteoporosis.

I find it completely unacceptable that you were denied seating at lunch. That would have set a negative tone for the rest of my cruise. I feel this was a huge misstep. This is subpar treatment and not what is expected for what is advertised. Your acceptance of the situation was commendable, as I don’t believe I would have been as agreeable. You paid to be there and should have been accommodated, as you arrived within the posted time frame.

You dont need to take your stateroom towels
You can get pool towels from the towel station in the genpop or just take your YC ones.
Also, if you got turned away for lunch cos it was full, you can arrange to have what you want off the menu to be delivered to your stateroom or eat at the bar & grill.
