take a sample from bottom of the fuel truck in a steel bucket to look for water and contaminants…

35,000 gals of fuel is roughly the amount the average person would use in their car over 50 years of driving… IMHO it's a crime against humanity for one person to use this level of the planet's resources on themselves and create this much greenhouse gases while the planet is literally burning up…
